Lost Parcels:

We accepts no responsibility for lost parcels or unclaimed packages. Online tracking is available to you and is sent to you via email once your order is posted by us. We suggest you access your tracking code if there is a delay in receiving your order. If you put in the the wrong address information when an order is placed on the website, and therefore as a result, a parcel is sent out to this incorrect address and then returned back to us, it is the your responsibility to pay for the product to be re-sent to the correct/desired address.

Unauthorised Use:

You may not use the website or Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to and without limitation: distributing any abusive, defamatory, unlawful, obscene, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material.
