Given her background in Engineering and Health Tech, Dr Rachel uses psychological theories and neuroscience as she aims to:

  • Identify 3 main obstacles presented to women in health innovation, tech and STEM

  • Explain core concepts that may underlie these areas, using physiology, psychology and neuroscience

  • Outline effective self-management tools that can help us, and our colleagues, attain progress to help us all reach our goals
