Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We will accept all refunds or replacement requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product has not been used, doesn't show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging is not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged or if the product has been opened and/or used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
